New to Our Store: Laser Checks

I am proud to announce this week the introduction of our new laser checks to the CreativeBusinessForms.com store. We are offering these in three separate tiers which differ in the type of paper that they are printed on and in their security features.

Secure Laser Checks at Every Tier

All 3 tiers have the same excellent set of printed security features which deter duplication and attempts at chemical alteration. The second and third tiers are printed on security papers that have embedded fluorescent fibers and chemical protection built into the paper itself. Both the Tier 2 and Tier 3 laser checks are treated with chemical stains that will react to 3 different types of chemical agents and turn a brownish color if anyone attempts to alter the check. The Tier 3 checks have a Fourdrinier watermark and the Tier 2 checks can have a hologram. Both of these features will make your checks much more difficult to reproduce than they would be if they were printed on standard bond paper.

The Tier 1 Checks are printed on 24lb MICR bond paper, which has been the long-term industry standard for checks. MICR bond paper is formulated for the magnetic inks that are used on the MICR line at the bottom of a check and are read by MICR readers at banks to securely and reliably pick up the account and routing information. All of our laser checks are quality options from a security standpoint, including the Tier 1 checks.

Compatible with Your Software

We can print compatible checks for whichever software you might be using, whether it is Quickbooks, Sage, Microsoft Money, Chase Premium Payroll, or another established software of that kind. Your software will be one of the attributes you will specify when placing your order.

Design and Artwork: Your Checks, the Way You Want Them

If you take a look at the Laser Checks Collection on our website, you'll see that we've offered a selection of 20 ink colors for the imprint or pantograph and 9 different pantograph designs, depending on the configuration of your checks.

Should one of these options not meet the needs of your business or brand, we can match the imprint or pantograph color to any CMYK color of your choosing. These checks are printed in full color, and we would be happy to assist you in finding a CMYK match to a Pantone color you have been using or to match the colors found in your artwork file.

We can also provide several additional pantograph designs for you to look at upon request.
