COVID-19 Update from Creative Business Forms

We at Creative Business Forms, Inc. are open and serving our customers during this time of Coronavirus Disease 2019 pandemic.   Please keep in mind the following:

• Customer service is being conducted Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:30pm.  Please be patient with response times as we are operating with a reduced staff. 
• You can e-mail orders to us 24/7, and we will enter your orders into production immediately upon receiving.
• When placing an order, please verify that your shipping addresses are correct and receiving packages as it creates confusion and added costs if not verified.  We are more than happy to print and hold if that is your preference.
• Be advised that production times will be altered by one or two days depending on the job.  If you need specific delivery day/times, please specify that.  We will do our best to accommodate those requests.
• With regards to accounting requests and inquiries, again your patience is appreciated as we address issues with a reduced staff.
